PARENTING:

How often have you wished you could turn to a manual on parenting to guide you through a difficult episode? I frequently asked "Where is the book with all the right answers?" in my early parenting years. I was fortunate to be able to tap into a number of resources for the information I needed. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Coach, I have helped hundreds of parents through many hundreds of confusing times with their children. My years as an outpatient treatment team member helping adolescents and their families were invaluable. I bring all of my personal and professional knowledge into my consulting. Raising my four children has been my most important accomplishment.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE:

I have held a Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor in Virginia since 1991. I am currently one of the first ten individuals to hold a License as a Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP). I consult with individuals and with businesses where this problem is a concern. I bring my education, my professional experiences and my credentials into your personal or business life to make huge turnarounds in this area.
